Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil and spray it well with Baker's Joy to prevent sticking.
Arrange honey graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed to fit without overlapping.
In a saucepan, melt 2 sticks of unsalted butter over medium-high heat.
Once the butter is melted, add 1 cup of packed light brown sugar and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly to prevent burning, and boil for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, remove from heat and pour the toffee mixture evenly over the graham crackers, spreading it gently with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top, allowing them to melt for a few minutes.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee layer with a spatula.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the melted chocolate, pressing them in gently.
Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the foil overhang.
Cut into squares or bars and serve.
