Introduce the ingredients: whole chicken, poultry blend with herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme), pink peppercorn, black peppercorn, coarse salt, garlic, butter, Yukon gold potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, lemon, and optional avocado oil.
