Its preparation often involves communal baking in a tandoor, symbolizing unity and shared meals. Today, Losh is enjoyed not only in Armenia but also in various regions of the Middle East and beyond, often served alongside grilled meats and fresh vegetables.

Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 cup of warm water to create a starter.
Cover the starter and let it sit overnight for 8-12 hours.
In a large bowl, add 3.5 to 4 cups of flour and pour in the starter mixture.
Mix gently with a spoon and then knead for about 10 minutes until the dough comes together.
Add salt during the mixing process and then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Shape the dough into rounds, making some with holes in the center (losh) and some without.
Cover the shaped dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 525°F (275°C).
Bake the breads for 15-20 minutes, checking for a golden color.
