Spicy Avo and Crispy Bacon Recipe

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange bacon strips on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake bacon for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

While bacon cooks, prepare the avocado mixture.

Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork, adding lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Finely chop jalapeño, cilantro, and red onion, then fold into the avocado mixture.

Toast slices of bread until golden brown.

Once bacon is done, remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Spread the avocado mixture generously on each slice of toast.

Top with crispy bacon pieces.

Garnish with sliced tomato and lettuce.

Sprinkle chili flakes on top for extra heat.
