- 5Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- 6Preheat the oven to a high temperature, around 475°F (245°C).
- 7Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions.
- 8Shape each portion into a round flatbread, about 1 inch thick.
- 9Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 10Brush the tops with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 11Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- 12Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
