Prepare garlic butter by mixing 3 tablespoons of room temperature butter with 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/4 teaspoon pizza seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chili. Mix well.
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and heat it slightly.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the ghee and mix well, cooking on low heat until the flour is roasted and changes texture.
Turn off the flame for 2 minutes, then gradually add 350 ml of room temperature milk, mixing well to avoid lumps.
Turn the flame back on and cook on low heat for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/4 teaspoon pizza seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon salt, mixing well.
Grate cheese and add it to the sauce, mixing until creamy. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts into the sauce, then turn off the flame.
In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it. Add 1 cup of chopped green capsicum and 1 bowl of boiled corn, mixing well.
Add 1 cup of washed and chopped spinach and mix. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the spinach softens.
Add 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon pizza seasoning, and black pepper powder to the mixture, mixing well and cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Combine the vegetable mixture with the white sauce and mix well.
In a pan, apply garlic butter on one side of the bread and toast it on low heat until crispy. Repeat for the other side.
Once both sides are crispy, add the palak corn mixture on top of the bread.
Sprinkle some chili flakes and pizza seasoning on top and toast for another minute.
Cut the toast and serve hot.
