Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a baking stone inside if available.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each rolled dough piece, pressing gently to adhere.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and puffed.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter or olive oil.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
