Heat a large frying pan with some oil over medium heat.

Add 200 grams of uncooked paella rice and mix it to absorb the flavors from the pan.

Pour in 750 mL of chicken stock, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

After 15 minutes, add cooked King prawns, spinach, and juice from half a lemon; mix and let the spinach wilt for about five more minutes.
