Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough again, then add softened butter and fold it in until smooth.
Place the dough in a bowl and let it rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces, each weighing approximately 27 grams.
Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a baking box.
Let the rolls proof until expanded.
Sprinkle flour on top of the rolls before baking.
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
