Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Open the package of croissant dough and peel it open carefully.
Slice the croissant dough into 8 strips.
Take a piece of ham and a slice of provolone cheese and wrap them together like a taquito.
Spread the top portion of the dough slightly without tearing it.
Place the ham and cheese mixture in the center of the dough and cover the sides to prevent the cheese from escaping.
Roll up the dough starting from the wide end to form a croissant shape, placing the seam side down on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Continue rolling the remaining ham and cheese mixtures in the same way.
Place all rolled croissants on the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 13 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
