Instructions

  1. 1Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in the pan and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4Add sliced mushrooms to the pan; cook until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
