Servings4
One 15 oz can of white beans (drained and rinsed)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon fine salt
2-3 large garlic cloves, minced
4 jalapeno slices from a jar
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon hot water
2 tablespoons runny/drippy roasted tahini
1 1/2 cups sliced avocado (1 1/2 large avocado)
Optional: A few handfuls of fresh spinach

2

Add the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the food processor.
