2 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.

Pour the coconut-lime marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.

Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
