1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 cup chicken stock
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup coconut milk

Prepare the chicken breast by seasoning it with salt and pepper.

Sear the chicken breast in a cast iron skillet until golden brown.
