1 tbsp butter
1/4 white onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1 and 1/2 cups jasmine rice
2 and 1/2 cups boiling water
2 tbsps chicken bouillon
1 cup mixed vegetables

Set pan to medium heat.

Add 2 tbsps of oil and 1 tbsp of butter to the pan.

Once melted, add 1/4 of a white onion and 3 minced garlic cloves.

Fry for about 1 minute.

Add 1 and 1/2 cups of jasmine rice that has been washed and dried.

Fry the rice for about 2 minutes.

Mix 2 tbsps of chicken bouillon into 2 and 1/2 cups of boiling water.

Add the bouillon water to the rice along with 1 cup of mixed vegetables.

Mix everything together.

Once it starts boiling, cover the pan, reduce the heat, and let it cook for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest for another 5 minutes without opening the lid.

After 5 minutes, the rice is ready.
