In a large mixing bowl, add 4 cups of flour.

Add 2 eggs into the well.

Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes, adding more flour if it’s sticky.

Cut the dough into three pieces for easier rolling.

Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Use a 3 and 1/2 inch round cutter to cut out circles from the dough.
