Season the rack of pork with Pit Patriot All American BBQ Seasoning.
Preheat the Rec Tec to 325°F.
Place the rack of pork on the indirect side of the grill until it reaches about 80°F, then flip it to promote even cooking.
Once it reaches 130°F, flip it back.
When the internal temperature reaches 145°F, check it and pull it off the grill.
Cover and let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
