Mix warm water with yeast and sugar, cover, and place in the microwave for about 10 minutes to activate.

Add white wine vinegar and mix until the dough forms a hard ball.

Oil the bowl and let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap and a cloth for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until it rises.

Shape the dough into a round shape about 1 cm thick and cover it for 5 minutes.

Poke holes in the dough with a fork and brush the top with egg yolk.
