Mix warm water with yeast and sugar, cover, and place in the microwave for about 10 minutes to activate.
Add 500 g of semolina to a mixing bowl.
Pour in olive oil and add salt, dividing it into two sections in the bowl.
Add egg white into the oil mix.
Start the baking machine on speed number two to mix the ingredients.
Add black seeds and sesame seeds, then mix again on speed number two.
Add the activated yeast mixture into the bowl and mix on speed number three until the dough pulls away from the sides.
Gradually add warm milk a little at a time, allowing the dough to soak it up before adding more.
Add white wine vinegar and mix until the dough forms a hard ball.
Oil the bowl and let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap and a cloth for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until it rises.
Shape the dough into a round shape about 1 cm thick and cover it for 5 minutes.
Poke holes in the dough with a fork and brush the top with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with black seeds and sesame seeds before baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
