- ●1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
- ●2 tablespoons sugar
- ●1/2 cup passion fruit juice
- ●1 cup club soda
- ●1/2 cup white rum
- ●ice cubes
- ●mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- 1In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges together with the sugar to release the mint oils and lime juice.
- 2Add the passion fruit juice and stir to combine with the muddled mixture.
- 3Fill the glass with ice cubes to the top.
- 4Pour the white rum over the ice.
- 5Top off the drink with club soda and stir gently to mix.
- 6Garnish with additional mint sprigs on top.
- 7Serve immediately with a straw.
