Blend the pulp of 4 passion fruits for one minute.

Shake the blended pulp and strain to remove the seeds.

Reserve some of the flesh for stirring into the finished drink and for garnish, if desired.

Add freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon, 2 tbsp of concentrated passion fruit juice, 10 mint leaves, and 1 tbsp of passion fruit syrup to a glass.
