Cook bacon in a skillet without oil for about 1 minute on each side until crispy.

Finely chop 1 red bell pepper and 1/2 orange bell pepper, reserving some orange for decoration.
In a bowl, place 4 bars of cream cheese at room temperature and mash with a fork until slightly broken down.
Add the drained onion, raisins, thyme, oregano, chopped bacon, and walnuts to the cream cheese and mix well.
Season the mixture with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a board covered with plastic wrap and shape it into a tree form.
Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes to firm up the shape.
Remove from the fridge, take off the plastic wrap, and refine the shape with a spatula.
Cover the tree with alternating black and green olives and carrot slices for decoration.
Drizzle with olive oil for shine and garnish with rosemary leaves.
Top with the star made from reserved orange bell pepper.
