Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or rub it with oil.
In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt 1/4 cup of butter in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
Add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of dried minced onion, and 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds to the melted butter and whisk until well combined.
Cut the 12 Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise using a serrated knife.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
Layer 9 oz of black forest deli ham on top of the bottom half of the rolls, folding each slice in half and then in quarters for easier serving.
Top the ham with slices of Swiss cheese, overlapping them as needed to cover completely.
Place the top half of the rolls back on top of the cheese.
Pour the butter mixture over the top of the rolls, using a basting brush to ensure even coverage.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before tearing apart to serve.
