Add olive oil to the pan and heat it up.

Add frozen rice (2 bags) directly into the pan without microwaving.
Let the rice sit in the pan without stirring to achieve a crunchy bottom and nutty flavor.
Prepare uncooked shrimp by removing the shell and tail.
Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper to the rice mixture and stir.
Cover the pan and reduce heat to medium, cooking for about 10 minutes.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
