Pour 1/2 cup of warm milk into a bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds.
Add yeast to the warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine melted butter, 2 eggs, and sugar; mix well.
In another medium-sized bowl, add sifted flour and salt; mix with a whisk.
Combine the yeast mixture with the butter and egg mixture, then add to the flour mixture and continue mixing.
If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour as needed.
Grease a bowl with olive oil and place the dough inside; cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 19 pieces, each weighing approximately 48.8 grams.
Grease a baking pan with melted butter and arrange 12 balls around the circumference and 6 in the center.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
Brush the dough with beaten eggs and sprinkle sesame and poppy seeds on top.
Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake for up to 30 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
