White Bean & Feta Hummus

2 cans cooked chickpeas (about 3 to 4 cups)
2 cups feta cheese
1/2 cup cilantro or coriander
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tahina or tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice

Drain and rinse the cooked chickpeas under cold water.

In a food processor, add the chickpeas, feta cheese, garlic, cumin, black pepper, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini.

Blend the mixture in the food processor for about 3 to 4 minutes until desired consistency is reached (chunky or smooth).

Transfer the hummus to a serving dish.

Top with sliced lemon, a drizzle of olive oil, some feta cheese, and a sprinkle of sumac, chili powder, or paprika.
