3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp black pepper
4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
8 cups water
1 can kidney beans
1 can chickpeas
a handful of parsley
a handful of spaghetti
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp dry mint
1 tbsp plain yogurt

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in diced tomatoes and minced garlic, cooking until softened.

Add black pepper, salt, and turmeric, mixing well.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

Add the kidney beans and chickpeas, then reduce heat to simmer.

Add the spaghetti and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
