Add 4 large eggs to a mixing bowl.

Add 60g sugar to the bowl.

Add 12g yeast to the mixture.

Pour in 200ml water.

Add 400g flour while mixing on low speed.

While mixing, gradually add 6g salt and 60g butter.

Gradually increase the mixing speed to medium.

Mix until the dough becomes elastic and smooth.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.

Punch down the dough with a spoon.

Pour the dough into a greased Bundt pan.

Let the dough proof for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Bake the dough in the oven for 30 minutes.

Let the cake cool while preparing the syrup.

In a saucepan, bring 400ml water and 200g sugar to a boil.
