Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and clean them well.

Season the chicken with adobo seasoning, paprika, onion powder, and a little salt. Mix well to ensure the chicken is well seasoned.

Clean and chop the red onion into moderate pieces.

Clean and chop the colored bell peppers into moderate pieces, similar in size to the onion and chicken.

Prepare the skewers for the brochetas by alternating pieces of chicken, bell pepper, and onion on the skewer.

Heat a comal (griddle) on medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Place the skewers on the heated comal and cook for 30 to 35 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking. If they start to stick, add a bit more oil on top.
