1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
4 garlic cloves minced
2 cups of chicken broth (480 ml)
10 oz (285g) medley of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1/3 cup (55g) kalamata olives sliced in half
1/3 cup (55g) castelvetrano olives sliced in half
8 oz (225g) block feta cheese cubed or crumbled
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Calabrian peppers chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup (25g) basil
Juice of 1 fresh lemon (2 to 3 tablespoons)
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
