200g soft or silken tofu
1-2 cloves garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or mint
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of black pepper
