Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Prepare a springform pan by greasing it with butter.
In a large bowl, beat the homemade cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add caster sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla sugar and clementine until fully combined.
Sift plain flour, cornflour, and baking powder into the mixture, folding gently until just combined.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour to prevent cracking.
Remove from the oven and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
