Pat the baby back ribs dry and remove the membrane.

Transfer the ribs into a piece of foil and rub mustard as a binder.

After 2 hours, carefully remove the ribs from the oven and pour about 1 cup of barbecue sauce over them, brushing it on.

Place the ribs back in the oven on the top rack and bake for another 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add more barbecue sauce and return the ribs to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
