200 ml cream
6-8 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 medium ripe peach, peeled
fresh peach slices

Crush the sweet biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter to form the biscuit base.

Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to create an even layer.
