In a mixing bowl, add 15 grams of dry yeast, 1 cup minus a little milk, 1 cup minus a little water, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix and let it activate for 10 minutes with the lid covered.

Crack 3 eggs into the mixture.

Add 5 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Knead the dough using a machine or by hand.

After kneading a bit, add 340 grams of softened butter and continue kneading on low speed until fully incorporated.
