Brioche Hamburger Bread

Mix 320 g of strong white bread flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1.5 teaspoons of fast action dried yeast in a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of caster sugar to the mixture.
Incorporate 50 g of softened butter into the flour mixture until it resembles a breadcrumb texture.
Whisk 1 large egg in a separate bowl and add it to the flour mixture, mixing it in.
Slowly add 125 ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of milk to the mixture until a slightly sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a stand mixer and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Grease a glass bowl with butter and place the dough inside, covering it to rise for about 2 hours until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and weigh it into 6 equal portions of 100 g each.
Shape each portion into a tight bun and place them on a floured tray to prove for 1 hour.
Brush the tops of the buns with a small amount of egg wash before baking.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and black sesame seeds on top of the buns.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool the buns on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before serving.
