1 15 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp maple syrup or date honey
4 cups flour (I used white spelt)
1.5 tbsp honey or maple syrup / date honey
1 cup water
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lemon of a lemon juice (or 1 tsp vinegar)
