2 tablespoons lemon juice
3-5 tablespoons water
Smoked paprika, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste
1-2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce

In a blender combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, salt, olive oil, smoked paprika, chili flakes, Sriracha, and lemon juice.

If needed slowly add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until the hummus reaches your desired consistency. Should be nice thick and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt. You can also add more paprika or Sriracha, or leave it as is with the garlic.
