Blend the mixture for 15 seconds until it clings to the sides, resembling fine cheese particles.
Scrape out all the mixture from the blender.
Add 2 tablespoons (16 g) of egg white protein powder to the mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons (14 g) of rind flour to the mixture.
Stir gently until everything is well combined, especially the egg white protein powder.
Place a mason jar or cup in the center of parchment paper.
Spoon the mixture evenly around the jar to form a pizza shape.
Remove the jar and smooth out the mixture, patching any spots with leftover batter.
Slide the parchment paper onto a microwave tray.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Check the crust; it should be tacky to touch. If raw, add a few more seconds.
Remove from the microwave and flip it over; it should release cleanly from the parchment paper.
Add cheese and desired meat toppings on top of the crust.
Microwave for an additional 1 minute to melt the toppings.
