Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Drain canned chicken breast and tear it into smaller pieces, ensuring it's shredded but not pureed.
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 2 eggs and mix until incorporated.
Add 2 cups of mozzarella cheese to the chicken and egg mixture, stirring until just combined.
Add 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning to the mixture for flavor.
Spread the mixture onto parchment paper, shaping it into a thicker pizza crust.
Transfer the crust onto a preheated Lodge Pizza Pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the crust over to brown the other side and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat, then add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil.
Stir in 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese until creamy, then remove from heat.
Once the crust is done, spread the creamy sauce over the crust.
Top with 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly to the edges.
Add Canadian bacon, sliced Texas smoked sausage, and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle black olives over the toppings, then add a little more mozzarella cheese to help bind everything together.
Return the pizza to the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, watching closely for doneness.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then cut into eight pieces.
