1

Start by adding 1.44 lb of beef into a bowl.

2

Add a little bit of baking soda and a squirt of water to the beef and mix well.

3

Let the beef mixture set for about 10 minutes.

4

Dice a small onion, using vertical and horizontal slits to create a fine dice.

5

Heat a griddle and add a little olive oil, then add the diced onions to sauté them.

6

Shred 8 oz of cheddar cheese and set aside.

7

Add the beef mixture to the sautéed onions on the griddle and mix well.

8

Season the mixture with heer dust and Fiesta dust for flavor.

9

Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture on the griddle and mix until combined.

10

Warm corn tortillas on the griddle with a little peanut oil to make them pliable.

11

Once warmed, keep the tortillas covered with a towel to retain moisture.

12

Fill each tortilla with the beef and cheese mixture, folding them into a taco shape.

13

Heat the griddle with peanut oil for shallow frying the tacos.

14

Place the tacos onto the hot oil and fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

15

Flip the tacos and cook for another couple of minutes until golden brown on both sides.

16

Remove the tacos from the griddle and place them on paper towels to blot excess oil.

17

Let the tacos rest for a moment before serving.
