Grilled Breadfruit

Cut the breadfruit in half and remove the core.
Score the flesh of the breadfruit in a crisscross pattern.

Grill for 10-15 minutes until charred and tender.
Flip the breadfruit and grill for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
