ground beef

Start by browning the ground beef in a large pot until it's cooked through.
Add seasoning salt, onion powder, pepper, chili powder, and cumin seed to the meat while it's browning.
Once the meat is browned, add a couple cans of Rotel tomatoes and corn to the pot.
Since there is no tomato sauce, substitute with tomato paste.
Add Philadelphia Cream Cheese to the chili mixture.
Chop and add bell pepper and onion to the pot.
Mix everything together and let it heat up for a bit before adjusting seasoning with more chili powder and cumin as needed.
For the cornbread, gather ingredients: 2 eggs, cornmeal, 2 packages of Jiffy mix, butter, and milk.
Melt butter in a pan in the oven.
Open the packages of Jiffy mix and pour them into a mixing bowl.
Add about 3 tablespoons of cornmeal to the bowl.
Crack and add 2 eggs to the bowl.
Pour about 1 cup of milk into the mixture and mix until combined; adjust milk if necessary for desired consistency.
Add the melted butter to the cornbread mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the cornbread batter into the greased pan and place it in the oven.
