1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
