Add parmesan cheese to the flour and curry powder mixture in the bag.
Take the whiting fillets, which are boned and skinned, and season with black pepper and rock salt.
Put the fillets in milk and rotate them around to coat.
Take the milk-coated whiting fillets and place them in the bag with the flour mixture, then shake to coat the fillets.
Heat peanut oil in a fry pan until hot.
Carefully drop the coated whiting fillets into the hot peanut oil and fry until golden brown, flipping them over to ensure even cooking.
Microwave fried rice for one minute.
Once the whiting fillets are golden brown, place them on top of the fried rice on a plate.
