Cut a criss-cross pattern on the surface of the ham, about half an inch deep.
Prepare the smoker to 275°F using lump charcoal and hickory wood for flavor.

Place the ham in the smoker and cook until the internal temperature reaches 125°F to 130°F before glazing.
After about 2.5 hours, check the internal temperature of the ham.
Make the glaze using 12 oz of Coca-Cola and other ingredients, with measurements provided in the video description.
Start applying the glaze every 10-15 minutes once the ham reaches the target temperature.
