Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until thin.
Cut the pastry into squares, about 10cm x 10cm.
Finely chop the bacon, onion, and garlic.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in black pepper and caraway seeds, then remove from heat.
Place a spoonful of the bacon mixture in the center of each pastry square.
Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
