Clean the mussels and scoop them into one half of the shell, placing them on a baking tray.

Mix crushed almonds, garlic, parsley, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Spoon the almond mixture on top of the mussels on the baking tray.

Place the mussels in the oven for a few minutes until brown.

For the second recipe, clean the mussels again.

Add oil to a large pan and heat it up.

Add chopped onion, spring onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.

Add prawns to the pan and mix everything together.

Add the mussels to the pan and give it all a good mix.

Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients in the pan.

Add salt, pepper, and a stock cube to the pan.
