  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more almond butter or maple syrup.
  3. 3Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts if using.
  4. 4Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
  5. 5Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. 6Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. 7Once firm, you can enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
  8. 8These truffles can also be rolled in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for extra flavor.
