- ●1 cup almond flour
- ●1/2 cup almond butter
- ●1/4 cup maple syrup
- ●1/4 cup coconut flour
- ●1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1/4 tsp salt
- ●1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
- ●1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
- 2Mix the ingredients until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more almond butter or maple syrup.
- 3Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts if using.
- 4Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
- 5Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 6Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- 7Once firm, you can enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
- 8These truffles can also be rolled in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for extra flavor.

Instructions

- 3In another bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 5Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 6Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- 8Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting out and cooling completely on a wire rack.
- 9Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
