Add the Swiss chard to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
Season with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until bubbly and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
