1.5 cups suji
1.5 cups maida
salt to taste
1/3 cup melted ghee
1 tsp shahi jeera
1/2 cup lukewarm water

Take a big bowl and add suji, maida, and salt.

Add melted ghee and mix properly with hand.

Gradually add lukewarm water to make a soft dough.

Apply ghee or oil and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes, kneading properly after resting.

Make small balls and roll them into small puris.

Prick the puris and fry until light golden.

Store in an airtight container.
